We strive to dispatch your orders promptly, bearing in mind that our fragrances are meticulously hand decanted, necessitating a certain preparation period. Typically, most orders, including express post orders, are shipped within 2-5 business days. In the event of any anticipated delay with your order, we will be in touch via email.

Please note that only 2ml and 5ml samples in plastic vials can be purchased for international orders.

Due to the unique nature of our hand-decanted products, once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications. We encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
