“Bearnana,” a signature beer from the Yodbeer brand, is a Witbier crafted from a blend of essential ingredients, including water, malt, hops, yeast, orange peel, coriander seeds, and, most notably, sun-dried bananas. During the brewing process, the sun-dried bananas are delicately introduced in small pieces, enhancing the banana essence. After fermenting for 10 days, additional bananas are incorporated into the beer to extract the distinct banana flavor. This results in a beer with a delightful aroma reminiscent of caramel, honey, and the unique scent of sun-dried bananas.

Yodbeer’s journey into beer production commenced in 2015, marked by a wholehearted embrace of their identity as a Thai brand. Their visionary approach revolves around seamlessly integrating Thai elements into their beers, drawing inspiration from their immediate environment. The revelation that sun-dried bananas, a beloved Thai sweet, harmonize exquisitely with their Witbier style, played a pivotal role in the deliberate choice to incorporate this exceptional ingredient.
